All defibrillators sold by Medicaldevices.life have a warranty of 10 years*. Accessories are generally without a warranty, with the exception of some batteries, but this does not affect your statutory rights.
If you need to make a warranty claim or report a fault, please send your request by email to orders@medicaldevices.life
To enable us to proceed with your enquiry as quickly as possible, please include all of the following information:
- A description of the problem
- Your order or invoice number
- The serial number of your product
- Contact name and address details
- A description of the action required
