Warranty and after sales service

1. All defibrillators sold by Medicaldevices.life,  carry the warranty provided by each manufacturer.
2. Accessories are generally without a warranty, with the exception of some batteries, but this does not affect your statutory rights.
3. If you need to make a warranty claim or report a fault, please send your request by email to orders@medicaldevices.life
4. To enable us to proceed with your enquiry as quickly as possible, please include all of the following information:

• A description of the problem
• Your order or invoice number
• The serial number of your product
• Contact name and address details
• A description of the action required
